Red Bull’s Trolley Derby runs on noise, personality, and spectacle. The challenge was to build a genuine VIP experience around that energy – not a sanitised version of it. VIP guests needed comfort, service, and exclusivity. But they also needed to feel like they were right in the thick of it, not watching from a corporate box.
We designed and managed dedicated VIP zones that sat inside the event’s energy rather than apart from it – premium seating, branded fit-out, staffed catering and bar, and entertainment including activities for families and kids. We handled every regulatory and operational detail, from liquor licensing to logistics, so Red Bull could focus on the show. The result was an experience where VIP guests felt looked after and part of the action – exactly the balance the brand requires.
