Challenge

When athletes are diving from 27 metres, the hospitality around them needs to be equally extraordinary. We designed and ran a premium VIP environment that made every guest feel like they had the best seat at one of the world’s most spectacular sporting events.

Deliver a VIP experience that reflects Red Bull’s bold, adventurous brand identity – in an outdoor, high-energy environment where logistics, timing, and atmosphere all need to land perfectly.

Solution

We designed the entire VIP environment from scratch: premium sight lines, branded lounges, a bespoke catering and bar programme, and attentive on-ground hosting. Activation moments woven into the VIP space deepened guests’ connection with the Red Bull Cliff Diving brand – turning the hospitality into part of the spectacle, not just a backdrop to it.
