Challenge

Constellation Brands, the U.S.-based owner of the Kim Crawford label – the leading Sauvignon Blanc in both the U.S. and Canada – needed to strengthen brand engagement and loyalty among its North American distributors and sales teams. A key part of this strategy involved delivering memorable annual incentive travel experiences to New Zealand, immersing guests in the origin story of Kim Crawford wines.

Solution

We designed and executed a comprehensive incentive travel program centered around the Marlborough wine region. Our team managed every element- from itinerary creation to on-the-ground hosting – ensuring a seamless, premium experience. Responsibilities included:

  • Charter flight coordination and international travel logistics
  • Exclusive winery tours and hands-on winemaking sessions
  • Authentic farm and vineyard visits
  • Private boat excursions showcasing New Zealand’s coastal beauty
  • Fully bespoke accommodation, transport, and catering arrangements

During the most recent program (March–May 2025), we successfully hosted 24 guests per week over six consecutive weeks, delivering an engaging and flawlessly executed experience that deepened appreciation for the Kim Crawford brand and strengthened distributor relationships.
