Design and run a premium incentive travel programme that immerses international guests in the Kim Crawford story, reinforces brand loyalty, and delivers a deeply New Zealand experience – all while managing complex logistics across six consecutive weekly cohorts.
We built a full end-to-end programme centred on Marlborough: charter flight coordination, exclusive winery tours and hands-on winemaking sessions, authentic farm visits, private coastal boat excursions, and bespoke accommodation throughout. Every week from March to May 2025, a new group of 24 guests arrived to the same premium, personal experience – thanks to meticulous planning and partners who genuinely understand New Zealand.
