Design a three-day event for 80 stakeholders that balanced brand storytelling with genuine experience – without over-programming guests or over-stretching logistics in a remote South Island location. The itinerary needed variety, cultural authenticity, and the kind of moments people actually tell stories about afterwards.
We chose Queenstown for its scenery and its range. The programme opened at AJ Hackett with a powhiri — setting a tone of respect and mana for the celebration to come. A wine tour gave guests a living connection to the product. The centrepiece was a DIY hangi challenge with Simon Gault: hands-on, local, collaborative, and genuinely memorable. A session at Oxbow provided space for relaxed connection between the high-energy moments. We managed all transport, accommodation, event staging, cultural elements, catering, and production across the full three days.
