Squealing Pig is a fantastic wine that was suffering from a low profile in New Zealand. To create the PR swell they were missing, we teamed up with renowned pork chefs from Sydney’s Porteno to create a super exclusive pop-up restaurant in ‘The Silos’ on Auckland’s viaduct. We launched with an influencer and press dinner to get hungry mouths talking. It worked – our second public dinner sold out in just two hours.
