Explore our Projects

The work speaks louder than any pitch. Below is a selection of experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, corporate experiences, and live events that Marvel Experiences has designed and delivered

Every project is different. The standard isn’t.

TAKING VIPS TO NEW HEIGHTS

When athletes are diving from 27 metres, the hospitality needs to match. A bespoke VIP environment designed from scratch for Red Bull's Cliff Diving event, premium sight lines, branded lounges, bespoke catering, and activation moments woven into the experience itself.

KIM CRAWFORD: BRINGING THE ORIGIN STORY HOME

Kim Crawford is the number one Sauvignon Blanc in the US and Canada. We made their North American distributors feel that, through a full end-to-end incentive travel programme across Marlborough. Six consecutive weekly cohorts. Twenty-four guests each time. Same premium standard, every week.

STIHL – THE SHARPEST CUT IN TOWN

STIHL had been at the National Fieldays for years. We made them the most talked-about stand at the event, with a fully operational barbershop inside their booth. Constant queues. Zero brochures needed.

THE GREAT OLYMPIC ICE BLOCK CHALLENGE

A 2m³ block of ice, 32 prizes frozen inside, one question: when will your cube melt? A simple mechanic that generated 540,000 media impressions and 5,122 public interactions during a New Zealand summer for the Winter Olympics.

BABYDOLL WINES AT SPLORE

Post-pandemic re-entry into the festival space, with the winemaker as the activation. Ruby McManaway led live cocktail-making sessions at Splore, turning every guest interaction into a brand story, not a transaction.

RED BULL DEFIANCE

Marvel conceived this one from scratch, a two-day multisport event through eight private high-country stations around Wanaka. We pitched it to Red Bull Global, secured their backing, and delivered it four consecutive years running.

MATUA’S 40th BIRTHDAY

A three-day programme across Queenstown for 80 stakeholders, powhiri at AJ Hackett, a DIY hangi challenge with Simon Gault, winery tours, and sessions at Oxbow. Cultural authenticity, genuine variety, and the kind of moments guests actually talk about afterwards.

A PERONI CINEMA EXPERIENCE THAT STOLE THE SHOW IN AUCKLAND

An annual invitation-only open-air cinema for Peroni's influencer network, held in unexpected Auckland locations, including the rooftop of Auckland's Law Society building. Premium styling, film rights secured, and a format built to run year after year without feeling like a repeat.

THE SQUEALING PIG EVENT THAT GOT TICKETS FLYING

A two-night exclusive pop-up restaurant inside The Silos on Auckland's Viaduct, with chefs flown in from Sydney's Porteno, to launch Squealing Pig in New Zealand. Deliberately limited tickets. Maximum media interest.

CORONA TURNED PIHA CAFÉ INTO A VENUE FOR DONAVON FRANKENREITER

Corona's La Casa concept demands a venue with real character. We identified Piha Café, transformed it into a branded coastal pop-up, and managed the full production for Donavon Frankenreiter's live appearance, styling, staffing, artist logistics, and everything in between.

BRINGING THE AMALFI COAST TO OUR SHORES FOR THE TOUR DE WAIHEKE

A full-day bespoke influencer experience for Peroni, private launch to Waiheke, custom-branded Vespas, personalised hand-painted helmets, and a curated Italian culinary journey at Poderi Crisci. Every touchpoint is designed to photograph as well as it feels.

HOSTING RED BULL’S VERY IMPORTANT TROLLEY ENTHUSIASTS

VIP zones built inside the event's energy, not apart from it. Premium seating, branded fit-out, staffed bar, family entertainment, and every regulatory detail handled, liquor licensing included, so Red Bull could focus on the show.

At Marvel Experiences, our leadership isn't just experienced—it's industry-proven.
